Happy Easter!
Hope everyone had a great Easter. Josh and I had a WONDERFUL Easter. We were able to spend a few days with our wonderful family from OHIO, and the ones here in Knoxville!! They were so kind to drive to Knoxville again to celebrate with us. The kids had a great time hunting for Easter eggs and we were able to enjoy a WONDERFUL meal prepared by Dad and Momma G!! Josh and I had a great service at our church...it was one that really hit my heart ( I cried for most of the service) It was amazing!!! Josh and I also did something different this year for Easter, since Susie, Calvin and the girls from OHIO were heading back home after lunch, we volunteered to go with the parents church to KARM ( a homeless shelter) to serve dinner. WOW what an experience, if you have never done it before I would highly recommend it, it so so amazing to know that we were able to serve the LORD by serving others an Easter meal. We both walked away....being thankful for what we have and gaining so much from that experience. You will have to do it at least one time, to understand. It is actually something that we talked about doing again...making it a tradition with us!! We ended the night with another WONDERFUL meal prepared by Momma H, then headed back to Mom and Dad G's to meet Mom G's Boss!! WHAT A GREAT DAY!!!!!! Pictures to come later this week :)

Just a little note......
Well, yesterday my mom and I were out getting our supplies for our "Easter Bonnets"(yes we made Easter Bonnets..pictures and explanation to come later on this week) We were talking about how moving to Knoxville was the best move Josh and I could have ever made. We have so much more going on here in Knoxville than we did in Kentucky!! Of course...we MISS our families still in Kentucky!! However, Josh and I are so thankful for all GOD has done for us since our move to Knoxville. We are able to see our parents (except for Mom and Dad L in PA...which we wish we were closer to you!!) anytime we want....have to be honest that my mom and I get to go out on my days off and do things that we could have never done back in Kentucky!! We both enjoy our jobs...which is HUGE...of course there are days we may not, but for the most part we ENJOY our jobs! We have met so many wonderful people since being here in Knoxville, all of whom we are able to go out with regularly! Josh and I constantly laugh at all the plans we have now...we actually have to keep a date book, so we don't forget where we have to be and who we are supposed to be with!! We just LOVE all our new found friends.
We are very active in our church and our parents church! It is so nice to have a place to go to on Sunday and give Thanks to GOD for all the amazing things he has done for us. We have learned that we have so much not for what we have done, but for what GOD has done for us!! We meet every Sunday with our small group as well, which makes it so nice to have couples to go through life with that are going through the same things, and our small group has helped Josh and I grow in our faith so much more!!
So.....the reason for this long post...is to say THANKS to everyone who has supported us with our move and to all our "new" friends, for helping make our move to Knoxville the BEST thing Josh and I could have ever done!!!!! Josh and I LOVE everyone who are in our lives...we truly believe that you are in our lives for a reason and for that we say
THANKS and WE LOVE YOU ALL!!
Also, I would like to say THANKS to my amazing husband who without him I could not have made this huge move!!! Josh you are the BEST husband I could have ever asked for....you always make sure you put my needs before yours and for that I LOVE YOU!! GOD has blessed me with such an amazing man, I can not imagine a better HUSBAND to go through this life with!!
I LOVE YOU JOSH!!!
