New Job......

Well I have officaly completed my first full week at my new job....and I LOVE IT!!! I started the week with leaving Monday with a horrible "allergy" headache. Tuesday the head pressure continued then started with the "cold" like symptoms. Wednesday and Thursday I had the full blown runny nose, coughing and feeling terrible. Each morning I went in and just let God lead my steps and each day I enjoyed it more and more. Friday I woke up and barely had a voice, now that was funny making/answering calls with a cracky/manly voice.....ha ha!! It did not matter each day I would just take the day head on and do my best and learn as much as I could.
I am LOVING ALL the people I work with, especially my girl Melissa (who I am her new side kick...ha ha) They are all such compassionate and caring people, that I hope I can pick up all their postitive and encouraging traits so that I am able to do the job to the best of my ability. All that happened this week was affirmation that I made the right decision and GOD put me in this job/company. What a GREAT FEELING!!!!

GOD is good!!

As many of you know Josh and I have hit some road bumps in our lives recently. Well as I write this I am here to say that GOD IS GOOD!! We went through those hard times and came out much stronger then when we went in. We grew deeper in our faith during those times and know we can praise GOD for bringing the good to us.

Josh has been offered and accepted a job with Home Depot working as a merchandising specialist and he is so excited about that new position, AND......I have just been offered and accepted a position with Assist At Home working in the office as a scheduler. They are a home care company that is new to the Knoxville area and they are growing fast. I am so EXCITED about this new opporuntity and know that GOD had his hand in placing me there. I meet one of the ladies that works for them last Wednesday when Kim needed me to take her to the meeting...and now the rest is history. That is what you call GOD opening the door for you!!

We are both so EXCITED about what GOD has for us in the future. We both know that Great things are happening in our lives and we can't be more thrilled. Thanks to everyone for your prayers during these hard times.....all the prayers have been answered!!

SUPRISE PARTY!!

On Monday (before dad's birthday) we went to dinner with some of their friends from church. We went to Cracker Barrel (dad's choice) then back to Curtis and Elizabeth's for some yummy dessert. Sorry...these are out of order!!

We took Jordan to Zuma Fun Center the Saturday night before she started school. We had so much fun playing putt-putt (Josh won) and then she got to ride the go-karts (we waited in line for 45 minutes) but she enjoyed the ride.
